This place is neither a record of achievements nor a story of recovery.

People do not break because they lack effort.
They break because they are forced to keep trying in environments that were never suited to them.

Developmental disabilities, complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, career collapse, and public assistance.
Through these experiences, I have seen something of the structures that cause people to break.

Here, I think not in terms of grit or willpower, but in terms of designing life, work, systems, and forms of expression.

I write down survival strategies for those who have slipped through the cracks of a standard way of living, so they can live without breaking.
