Biography

This page is not a record of achievements, nor a story of redemption.
It is simply a collection of moments from my life, written from my current perspective.
What you choose to take away from it is entirely up to you.

Biography

Early Life and School Years

During childhood, I grew up in a family environment marked by inadequate caregiving. In elementary school, I experienced bullying and other difficulties that disrupted my school life. Around the time I entered junior high school, I began engaging in problematic behavior.

Toward Embodiment

At the age of 13, I was introduced to bodybuilding, which led to a sustained commitment to physical activity. I entered high school through a sports recommendation, but struggled with interpersonal relationships within club activities and eventually withdrew.

Living Through Precarious Work

After leaving home, I worked in a variety of manual labor positions and experienced unstable employment. The following year, I enrolled in a part-time evening high school. At the age of 19, encountering the autobiography of actor Marlon Brando sparked a strong interest in the act of expression.

Toward Expression

Aspiring to become an actor, I moved to Tokyo. While studying acting techniques and theater theory, my interest in physical and verbal expression deepened. During this period, I was also introduced to clinical psychology. However, ongoing difficulties related to developmental characteristics made it difficult to establish a stable living situation, and I cycled between part-time work and financial hardship. Around this time, I began experiencing symptoms of bipolar disorder, which eventually led me to step away from acting.

Technology and Work

Recognizing the need for work that could be done remotely, I taught myself computer skills and entered the IT field. In my thirties, I worked as a freelance engineer, but gradually became increasingly uncomfortable with industry structures and prevailing work practices.

Returning to Education

While considering relocation abroad, I encountered barriers related to educational requirements and decided to pursue university studies. In April 2021, I enrolled in the Faculty of Business Administration at Yokohama National University. I completed coursework through my third year but withdrew due to deteriorating health. Following a period of recuperation, I remained largely disengaged from social activities for an extended time.

Present Activities

Currently, I engage in writing, public speaking, and video-based communication. Alongside these activities, I maintain regular physical training as an integral part of my daily life.
